Winter Delight

Morning I woke rubbing my eyes
Shivering cold but time to be alive
Outside the window peaking my eyes

Every-thing out dyed in white
The trees, grass, roads and sides
Houses and cars, all stained white
Where to drive vehicle on road or sides
What a spread of white amazing delight

Snow pouring from the grey sky
Men walking with sparkling white
Nothing is seen just dim lights
As blending in white disguise

Kids are happy as they are naive
Birds are hiding or flew south side
Animals hibernate bunnies outside
Paws molded in shapes to design

Mercy of Allah showers and sustains
Every-where the blessings maintains
Seasonal severe ness pertains
Devotion to Allah heart contents
