My Sisters in Gaza

My sisters in Gaza — holding the fort with grace,
Tired and drenched, yet hope still shines on every face.
Their strength is a mountain no storm can erase,
Their patience a light that no darkness can chase.

Hope rises in them like a dawn after night,
A quiet resilience, a flame burning bright.
Even in ruins, their spirits take flight—
Their faith is a lantern that guides them aright.

The Hamd they whisper at every fresh loss,
Their hearts bowed to Allah, accepting each cross.
Their tears may fall softly, but never are tossed,
For trust in their Lord keeps them steady, not lost.

And the hugs they offer when loved ones unite—
A warmth that restores what was taken by plight.
Their kindness a shelter, their love a soft light,
A gentle resistance through every long fight.

Perseverance their story, resilience their creed,
Their courage a garden that grows from each seed.
They stand with a dignity none can impede—
A witness that faith is enough — and indeed.

O sisters of Gaza, your courage I see,
A reminder of strength of what a heart can be.
May Allah hold you with mercy, endlessly—
And replace every sorrow with peace, victory, and glee.

Allahumma Ameen🤲🏻
